About Us

Dr. Campbell is a native of Montana where she received her undergraduate degree in biology at Carroll College. After she graduated from Carroll College she earned a doctorate of optometry degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR.  Following optometry school,  Dr Campbell  completed a residency in low vision and specialty contact lenses from University of California Berkeley. In 2023 Dr Campbell became president of the Montana Optometric Association. When not seeing patients, she loves to ski, raft, sail, water-ski, and hike along with her husband, Dr. Matt Burgess and their two sons.

Dr. Burgess grew up in New Mexico and received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico. While there, his student government involvement created the University of New Mexico Red Rally. He then obtained a doctorate in optometry degree from Pacific University and continued on to complete a residency in ocular disease at the VA Sierra Nevada in Reno. Dr. Burgess is passionate about private practice optometry and loves fitting speciality contact lenses and managing dry eye with the latest technologies.

Meet our optician, Camille. She loves helping patients find frames that complement their unique personality and lifestyle. She makes certain that you will love your new glasses by guiding you through a proper frame choice and choosing the most appropriate lens design to fit your vision needs. In addition, her wonderful smile and friendly service make her the perfect point of contact when you need anything glasses-related!

Chris is our optometric technician. His warm, genuine smile instantly puts patients at ease! He will guide you through the first portion of your exam by performing entrance testing before seeing Dr. Campbell or Dr. Burgess. He also aids the doctors with any additional testing they may need to make certain your eyes are examined thoroughly.

Karla ensures that your services are properly billed to your insurance so that you don’t have to worry that you are getting the best out of your benefits. She does not hesitate to investigate when claims are erroneously denied or benefits are not reimbursed appropriately. Her experience is evident as she is an integral member of the Envision Eyecare team.

Mariah is our knowledgeable and friendly office manager ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. She will be the first to greet and welcome you to the office. Her experience and compassion make Mariah the best point of contact when you have questions or need anything.
